All Sierra-At-Work providers are credentialed as a condition of network participation.
They are recredentialed every three years.
We adhere to the following guidelines:
- National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
- Site review/medical chart review
- Monthly verification of licenses (DEA, board certifications, Medicare/Medicaid, OIG)
The PPO network operates in concert with our Medical Case Management program to provide comprehensive services to our clients. We believe that combining these services results in a more cohesive team and allows physicians to coordinate services more efficiently.
